1. Our Commitment

The Harbinger Press, operated by Harbinger Bros. LLC, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities, across all countries and regions we serve. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone.

2. Applicable Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the international benchmark for web accessibility. We also aim to meet the requirements of:

  • EU Web Accessibility Directive (Directive 2016/2102)
  • European Accessibility Act (EAA, Directive 2019/882)
  • ADA — Americans with Disabilities Act (USA)
  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (USA)
  • Equality Act 2010 (UK)
  • Accessible Canada Act (Canada)
  • Equivalent accessibility legislation in other jurisdictions where applicable

3. Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML ensuring content is readable by screen readers
  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)
  • Descriptive alternative text for all images
  • Full keyboard navigation support
  • Fully responsive design across all devices and screen sizes
  • Clear, plain language across all content
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard users
  • ARIA landmarks and roles where appropriate

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some third-party embedded material may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us directly so we can assist you.
